Stream Time-outs

Many listeners will turn on a player and leave home, or leave the office, go to sleep or otherwise forget the player is active. Meanwhile, you may be getting charged for the royalties.

The time-out is set to a default of 180 minutes, but you can change it to any time period you wish, or simply turn the feature off, right from your control panel.

60 seconds prior to the specified time-out period you select, a window pops up over the player displaying a courtesy message to listeners as shown in the below example.

The message is displayed over the top of the player just like a video pre-roll, and counts down from 60 to 0. If the listener does not click to continue within the countdown time, the player will stop playing when the counter gets to zero.
